Studio 41 Reviews

Always get a great style and color. Melissa the owner/stylist is wonderful!

I don't usually write reviews, but the terrible experience I had here, I couldn't help but write. I don't know about the company as a whole, but I was working with the Studio41 in Chicago on 83rd St. and Joanna Hernandez was the worst representative I've worked with in my life! Kitchen remodel is a very daunting undertaking and she made it so difficult and nightmarish every step of the way. First we wanted to do credit so she asked for all type of personal documents which we sent and she never got back to us. I had to email her several times before she responded and then we she did it was with I can't help you, you need to apply for credit on your own. Just rude. We applied for credit and was accepted then was told you can't use credit, because you need to be in person. I was in NY at the time, but live in Chicago and was trying to get this done before Christmas. So she assumed that I was committing fraud and she had all of my personal information. She basically said, we don't trust you, you have to pay in cash. I did kind of understand because there is a lot of fraud, but she was so rude. I inquired about working with another representative, because I just didn't want to work with her and was told that because she is the one who started the order they don't have the capability to just transfer to another rep, I would have to start the whole process over again. I paid the money and again, I was pressed for time. After we paid it just got worse, I told my contractor you deal with her, maybe she just for some reason don't like me which is bull since I'm the paying customer. She didn't send blueprints to my contractor for cabinet set up, she sent wrong cabinets and she didn't get the setup right and her attitude was so uncaring and nonchalant about it. There is so much to tell, this post could go on. I just want to say, please avoid Joanna Hernandez at all cost! I will never work with this company again because of her! It says something about a company if you're allowed to treat customers with rudeness and disregard. I did speak and email a couple of supervisors regarding this matter, one at her location and at the headquarters, but her attitude and unprofessionalism continued. So it left me with the impression that this behavior is acceptable at this company.

Always personable and down to earth... not to mention Attt work!
